Did you know?

Half of all adults in the United States 65 years or older have prediabetes?

One in three U.S. adults have prediabetes and only 10% are aware they are at risk for developing type 2 diabetes?

Adults with diabetes or prediabetes are at a higher risk of developing heart disease and stroke than other groups of people?

Are You at Risk?

If you think you may be at risk visit www.ymca.net/diabetes to take our quick risk assessment
