Come Sing with Sippican Choral Society!

MARION — Preparation is underway for the Sippican Choral Society's spring concert, with rehearsals beginning next week.

Singers are asked to come early to the Jan. 12 meeting to register and pick up materials. The doors to Wickenden Chapel at 86 Spring St. open at 6:30, and the rehearsal begins at 7 p.m.

Anyone is welcome to try out the music for the first two rehearsals, and $40 dues must be paid by the third rehearsal. 

The concert will be held Sunday, May 3 at 4 p.m. in the chapel. The featured work will be Antonio Vivaldi’s “Gloria,” along with American spirituals and works by Mendelssohn, Haydn, Gilbert, and Sullivan.
