Grant applications open for the Rochester Cultural Council

ROCHESTER — The Rochester Cultural Council is now accepting online applications from organizations, schools and individuals for grants to support “community-oriented arts, humanities and science programs.”
With funding provided by the Mass Cultural Council, the Rochester Cultural Council awards money to various projects which may include school field trips, afterschool programs, concerts, festivals, lectures, theater, dance, music, film and STEM projects.
The online application window is open until Tuesday, Oct. 16, and can be accessed at https://massculturalcouncil.org/local-council/rochester/.
The council awarded $5,800 to seventeen organizations in 2025, including the Rochester Council on Aging, Rochester Memorial School Parent-Teacher Organization, Old Colony Parent-Teacher Organization, Marion Art Center, New England Coastal Wildlife Alliance and the Mattapoisett Historical Society.
