TO: The Heirs, Devisees and Legal Representatives of the Estate of Barbara S. Besse; Jeanne Lorraine Roy; James Besse; Joanne Ruth Viera; Judy Evelyn Besse
and to all persons entitled to the benefit of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, 50 U.S.C. C. 50 §3901 (et seq):
GITSIT Solutions, LLC, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as Separate Trustee of GV Trust 2025-1
claiming to have an interest in a Mortgage covering real property in Rochester, numbered 289 North Avenue, given by Barbara S. Besse to Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation, a Subsidiary of Indymac Bank, F.S.B., dated December 27, 2006, and recorded in Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 33928, Page 5, and now held by the Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant’s/Defendants’ Servicemembers status.
If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. If you object to a foreclosure of the above-mentioned property on that basis, then you or your attorney must file a written appearance and answer in this court at Three Pemberton Square, Boston, MA 02108 on or before 12/22/2025 or you may lose the opportunity to challenge the foreclosure on the ground of noncompliance with the Act.

NOTICE OF A DESIGN PUBLIC HEARING
Mattapoisett – Corridor Improvements and Related Work on Main Street, Water Street,
Beacon Street and Marion Road

A Design Public Hearing will be held to present the design for the proposed project in Mattapoisett, MA.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this hearing is to provide the public with the opportunity to become fully acquainted with the proposed project. All views and comments submitted in response to the hearing will be reviewed and considered to the maximum extent possible.
PROPOSAL: The proposed project consists of the reconstruction of Main Street, Water Street, Beacon Street and Marion Road between Tobey Lane and Route 6 (a total distance of approximately 1.39 miles). The project will include construction of new concrete sidewalks, varying in width from 5 feet to 11 feet wide, on at least one side of the roadway for the entire length. Other improvements consist of replacement of the existing closed drainage and water distribution systems, and full-depth pavement reconstruction.
A secure right-of-way is necessary for this project. Acquisitions in fee and permanent or temporary easements may be required. The Town is responsible for acquiring all needed rights in private or public lands. MassDOT’s policy concerning land acquisitions will be presented in the hearing.

Statements and exhibits intended for inclusion in the public hearing transcript must be emailed or postmarked no later than ten (10) business days (14 calendar days) after the hearing is hosted on the MassDOT website listed below.
