Mattapoisett Woman’s Club to host Taste of Mattapoisett

MATTAPOISETT — Get a taste of the town with the Mattapoisett Woman’s Club on Tuesday, July 14. 

Taste of Mattapoisett will run rain or shine from 5-7 p.m. under the Lions Club tent in Shipyard Park.

There will be food from local restaurants and entertainment by the Showstoppers. Tickets are $10 for 10. 

There will be a free shuttle bus from St. Anthony’s and the Town Beach lot to Shipyard Park, courtesy of the Council on Aging. The shuttles will run from 4:15 to 7 p.m.

After the event, attendees can take home table bouquets and vases for a $10 donation. All proceeds benefit the club’s scholarship fund, public programs and community outreach.
