ROCHESTER — Robert Small, Rochester's newly appointed police chief, will be the speaker at the April 17 Speakers Night at the Rochester Historical Society.

Speakers Night will take place at 7 p.m. at the museum, 355 County Road. 

Chief Small has been on the police force for 30 years and will be speaking about the changes during that time period and about the future of the department. 

There is no charge, and refreshments will follow the presentation.
