MATTAPOISETT — From Nov. 10 to March 23, the Farmers Market will open up in the Old Rochester Junior HS Gymnasium on the second and fourth Saturday of each month. 

Shoppers will have a selection of local produce to choose from, including breads, grass fed meats, pork & chicken, eggs, honey, gluten free and healthy sweets, soups, syrup, sweet and savory pies, sauces, fudge, sprouts, dinner items and other goods. 

There will also be live entertainment during the event as well as stories and crafts for children. 

The market will open at 10 a.m. and ends at 1 p.m.
