OR student pulls 18-wheeler to raise money for homeless animals

ORR Junior Brady Lee participated in a fundraiser at Mass Iron Gym in Hanson to raise money for homeless animals at the Animal Protection Center of Southeastern Massachusetts.

Lee pulled a Freight-liner truck weighing about nine tons.

Some other athletes on Lee’s Rockbody team pulled a Hummer H2 weighing approximately 6,600 lbs.

Lee is a committed Lacrosse player and student at ORR High School.

The Animal Protection Center of Southeastern Massachusetts is a nonprofit education and outreach animal shelter serving Plymouth, Norfolk, and Bristol counties.

Since 2009, it has placed over 7,000 animals into forever homes.

Its mission is to operate an open admission animal care and adoption facility, with focus on prevention of cruelty to animals, education and outreach; while promoting inclusivity, acceptance, and equality.

The APCSM offers a variety of programs and events throughout the year and encourages animal lovers of all ages to participate.
