Spin a yarn with fiber artists

MATTAPOISETT — Fiber artists who need-le some fresh air can join worldwide Knit in Public Day on Saturday, June 13. 

Knitters and other fiber artists are invited to bring their projects and sit with fellow crafters on the Mattapoisett Museum lawn at 5 Church St. from noon to 2 p.m.

Attendees should bring a lawn chair and lunch, and dessert will be provided. The event will be canceled in the case of inclement weather.
