Clambake XXXVII – Meals to Go & Silent Auction – In Just One Month!

Jun 3, 2022

It’s time to mark your calendar and secure your ticket to one of the summer’s most popular events, the Lloyd Center for the Environment’s Clambake XXXVII – “37 Years of Celebrating Science and Education!” – Friday, July 8, 2022.

Known as the unofficial “kick-off” of the South Coast’s summer season, Clambake XXXVII will take place on Friday, July 8, with our Silent Auction online (commencing on Friday, July 1), and three delicious take-home meal options. We are excited about partnering with several local restaurants!

If you would like to donate an item to our exciting Silent Auction, contact JoAnn at jcornell@lloydcenter.org

Email fcallen@lloydcenter.org or call 508-990-0505 x10 for sponsorship opportunities.

A tradition upon which so much depends, the Clambake helps to underwrite the costs of the Lloyd Center’s critically important environmental education, research, and outreach programs. Today, the Lloyd Center is working hard to bring first-rate environmental science classes to thousands of deserving children in our area’s public schools.

“This year, our Meals to Go will feature both lunch and dinner options for at-home dining”, commented Clambake Steering Committee Chair Winnie Phyfe, who spoke enthusiastically about the event. “For the auction, we are collecting many wonderful and exciting items which are coming in daily! The auction will run from Friday, July 1 through Friday, July 8, giving supporters eight days to shop from home.” Auction details to come!
