Gleason Family YMCA Hosts Free Community Halloween Costume Swap

Residents Encouraged to Recycle Gently Used Costumes and Find Something “New-to-You” for Spooky Season

The Gleason Family YMCA is thrilled to announce its annual Halloween Costume Swap, a free community event that promotes sustainability, creativity, and fun this spooky season.

Community members are invited to donate their gently used Halloween costumes at the Gleason Family YMCA now through October 10th. These costumes will be made available to families at no cost during the Halloween Costume Swap on Saturday October 11th. 

How It Works:

• Donate costumes: Drop off gently used Halloween costumes in the donation bin located at the Gleason Family YMCA lobby during normal business hours. The more we collect the better the swap will be!
• Swap for free: Come back on October 11, 9:30am to 2pm,  to browse the donated costumes and pick out a “new-to-you” look at no charge.

Costumes for all ages and sizes are welcome. Accessories such as hats, masks, or props are also appreciated.
