Preserving Dartmouth’s Natural Resources

Join the Friends of the Dartmouth Libraries on Thursday, April 6, at 6:30 p.m. to hear Nick Wildman, Executive Director of the Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust (DNRT), discuss the non-profit land trust’s history, programs and initiatives, and plans for the future. Audience members will learn how a land trust operates and how people can get involved as volunteers and supporters of DNRT's work to "preserve and protect the natural resources of Dartmouth for people and nature, forever." The program will be held at the Dartmouth North Branch Library.
Mr. Wildman joined the DNRT as Executive Director in 2022 and has a graduate degree in Environmental Management from Duke University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Maine at Machias. He is a Certified Ecological Restoration Practitioner and has worked as a Restoration Specialist at the Division of Ecological Restoration in the Massachusetts Department of Fish and Game.
