ROCHESTER — The town’s Historical Society and the  Land Trust are again co-sponsoring a photo contest.

Participants should send photos of sites and scenery in Rochester, without people in the photos. Photos may be in black and white or in color, but should not be photoshopped. Participants need not live in Rochester. Only one entry is allowed per person

Photos will be judged one of the following categories: Youth (ages 16 and under) and adult (ages 17 and up). 

Photographers should provide the location of the photo, their name, address, age category and phone number. Photos must be emailed to rochesterphotocontest@gmail.com by midnight on Sept. 7. 

Board members from the Land Trust or Historical Society are no eligible for the contest, as they will be judging entries. Winners will be posted on Rochester Historical Society and Rochester Land Trust Facebook after judging. For any questions, contact rochesterphotocontest@gmail.com.
