MARION — The Marion Art Center will host a number of December events, which include performances, yummy treats and shopping opportunities. 

• Tickets for “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever will go on sale to members on Wednesday, Nov. 21 and to non-members on Saturday, Nov. 24.The play will run one weekend on Dec. 7 to 9 and a second weekend from Dec. 14 to 16. 
• During  the Marion House Tour on Saturday, Dec. 8 the art center will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for a second round of its Holiday Shop, which features local artists. 
• The next day from  3 to 6 p,m anyone who stops by the Marion Art Center as part of the holiday stroll can make hand-dipped chocolate pretzels.
• To close out the season, the Putnam Murdock Trio will perform on Sat. Dec 22, at 7:30pm. Ticket available online now, and are $18 for members, $20 for non-members.
