Dec 8, 2020
MARION — The Elizabeth Taber Library is launching a campaign this December to help kids and families stay entertained during indoor winter days. The library has created over 30 new packs full of screen free activity kits and learning toys for all ages.

These kits range from board games, to lawn games and backyard activities, musical instruments, puzzles, sensory toys for young learners, and tech toys for older students and adults. There’s a telescope kit, a 3D pen set, a gardening tool kit, a spikeball set, a microscope kit, a guitar, a theremin, a record player with vinyls and different board games of all skill levels are among the items that are available to check out.

For adults, the library has created a craft kit for a January to make a book safe with the help of Creativebug, a service that gives crafts details and direction that the library uses.

To check out any of the items, call the Elizabeth Taber Library at 508-748-1252 or email ETLibrary@sailsinc.org to arrange a pickup time.
