Buzzards Bay Coalition hosts climate change talks

The Buzzards Bay Coalition is hosting a night of educational demonstrations and presentations on climate change on February 9.
The event starts at 5:30 p.m. at 114 Front Street, New Bedford.
Dr. Jeff Schell, Chief Scientist and member of the oceanography faculty at Sea Education Association in Woods Hole, will interactively demonstrate the impacts of climate change on ocean circulation.
John Bullard, president of Sea Education Association, will give a presentation titled, “Global Warming: What’s going on here? What do I do about it?”
Both presenters are from the acclaimed Sea Education Association, where students learn about Oceanography, Nautical Science, and Maritime Studies at the Woods Hole campus and doing research at sea.
