Annual census forms have been mailed to all households in Mattapoisett. Contact the town clerk’s office at 508-758-4100 ext. 2 if one was not received. Failure to respond to the census may result in removal from the voting list.

Dog license applications are on the back page of the census form. Residents sending a check for the appropriate fee can receive the license by mail. Dog licenses are $12 or $9 if a pet is spayed or neutered. The town clerk requires a copy of a current rabies certificate on file in order to issue the 2015 license. Also, as a new option, payments may be made online through the town website, www.mattapoisett.net.
