Center School to offer breakfast
Feb 12, 2016
Center School will become the final school in the tri-town to offer breakfast to students.
Students will be able to eat as soon as they get off of the bus.
At first, it will be free of charge to gauge interest.
“We’ll see how the numbers go,” said Principal Rose Bowman.
Superintendent Doug White said the program has been welcome at other schools, and it is helpful for students.
When kids start school on a “full stomach, they have the opportunity of participating and learning ever better,” White said.
