The Marion Council on Aging's Lunch and Lecture series will return Monday, July 31 at the Benjamin D. Cushing Community Center, 465 Mill Street, Marion.

Seniors from all areas are invited to attend. An RSVP is required. Call 508-748-3570 to sign up.

Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. (chicken, mashed potatoes, vegetables and sugar cookies) followed by a lecture at 12:30 p.m.

Author John Galluzzo will speak about lighthouses, their histories and how they serve as a navigational aid for maritime pilots. A voluntary donation of $2 is suggested.
