The Community Baptist Church of Marion will begin bereavement counseling for parents who have lost a child.

The sessions begin on Wednesday, May 23 at 7 p.m. and run until 9 p.m. at the Community Baptist Church. The sessions will continue each Wednesday through June 27.

Some of the topics discussed will be pain, sadness, guilt, anger, bereavement and the rest of your life.   There will also be time to share your stories.

Led by Reverend Diane L. Badger the six sessions will cover many different aspects of the grieving process, give you a chance to meet other parents who are on this same path and engage in conversation and listening.
