The Community Preservation Committee is seeking grant applications for inclusion in the 2014 Annual Town Meeting.

Applications will be evaluated on the basis of the Community Preservation Act and bylaw as well as the Open Space plan and other applicable town planning documents. Maps, diagrams, and/or photographs pertaining to the project should also be submitted with the application form.

Grant applications are available at www.mattapoisett.net and in the Selectmen's office. They will be accepted Sept. 30 to Nov. 15.
