MATTAPOISETT — There’s a lot to do at the Mattapoisett Free Public Library for the month of December.

Make a paintstick snowman with this month’s curbside craft kit. Register online and the library contact participants to pick up a craft kit. For all ages.

Stop by the library and pick up a “Make your own Card” Kit to create a card for essential workers.

On Tuesday, Dec. 8 at 6:30 p.m., join Miss Chris for bedtime stories and lullabies. Registration is required on the Events Calendar. Recommended for ages 0 to 5.

Register on the Events Calendar to pick up a a storytime kit with a simple craft, activity sheet and age-appropriate books. A SAILS library card in good standing is needed to check out books.  Recommended for ages 0 to 6.

December’s storywalk is “The Joyful book” by Todd Parr. Enjoy a stroll around the library with a happy take on the holidays.
