Darren Cooper, 48
Darren E. Cooper, 48, of Mattapoisett passed away suddenly on Wednesday, April 2 at St. Luke's Hospital.
Born in Huntsville, Ala., he was raised in Ohio and had lived in Mattapoisett for the past 12 years.
Darren was employed at Home Depot in Wareham.
He is survived by his life partner for the past 20 years, Douglas J. Jenney of Mattapoisett; his mother, Monika A. (Koeing) Cooper; his sister, Katja J. Cooper and her partner Mike Mascarenas; his stepmother, Kimberly Cooper, all of Sandusky, Ohio; and his stepbrother, Joseph Simon and his wife Diane of Toronto, Ontario.
He was predeceased by his father Daryl W. Cooper.
His visiting hours will be held on Monday, April 7 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Saunders-Dwyer Mattapoisett Home for Funerals, 50 County Rd., Route 6, Mattapoisett.
