MATTAPOISETT – On Tuesday, March 26 at 4 p.m., the Mattapoisett Free Public Library will hold a “Doodle and Tranquility Workshop” with cartoonist Cara Bean. During the hands-on and visual thinking mindfulness workshop, Bean will guide participants through creative exercises aimed at lessening anxiety, building confidence and releasing creativity. The free program is recommended for ages 10 and up.
