The session will be hosted over five classes, each lasting one hour, in April and May.

Each class will have a particular focus, which will either be the development of a specific skill or developing experience with different types of acting. The cost is $50 for the five-week session, registration is required and limited to 10 children.

Classes will take place Saturdays April 9, 23 and 30 and May 7 and 14. There is no class April 16 because of school vacation.

At 9 a.m. April 13, Walk and Chat with the Council on Aging. Mattapoisett Museum Board members Jessica DeCicco-Carey and Missy Rogina will lead a 30-minute walk through Mattapoisett village, concluding at the Mattapoisett Museum, where they will give a brief tour of the museum before returning to the Council on Aging. Registration is not required; meet at the COA, 17 Barstow St., promptly at 9 a.m.
