Elizabeth Taber Library fully booked with events
MARION — There are several events coming to the Elizabeth Taber Library.
In recognition of Water Safety month, Family Water Safety Day will be held on Thursday, May 15 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. There will be activities, demonstrations, giveaways and more.
On Saturday, May 17 at 1:30 p.m. there will be a Fun with Feelings Storytime led by Morgan Browning, a doctoral student in clinical psychology. After the story, participants can make a craft that can be used as a tool to help kids check in with their feelings.
On Thursday, May 22 kids in grades k-4 can join Miss Macy to create 3D springtime designs with the library's 3-Doddler 3D pens. Kids can create 3D objects with selected designs or build whatever they imagine.
All three events will be held at the Elizabeth Taber Library at 8 Spring Street.
