Elizabeth Taber Library plans puzzle giveaway

Apr 2, 2020

MARION — The Elizabeth Taber Library will be closed for the month of April, but are organizing an effort to reach out to patrons in a safe way to keep them entertained.

On April 6, from 10 a.m. to noon, the library will hold a no-touch puzzle giveaway. There’s almost always a puzzle out at the Elizabeth Taber Library, and librarians will sanitize boxes for old puzzles and give them away in plastic bags.

As an extra precaution, the library asks that those who pick up puzzles leave them alone for three days before using them.

Because of coronavirus precautions, the library will not be able to hold its Lizzy T’s Trivia Bee, Art Month or glass art events. All group meetings that use the library are also cancelled.
