Former Boston City Council President Larry DiCara will speak on Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 6:30 pm. in the Elizabeth Taber Library. DiCara will sign and discuss his new book, “Turmoil and Transition in Boston: a Political Memoir from the Busing Era.”

Copies of the book will be available for purchase through The Marion Bookstall by cash or check. Refreshments will be available. The program is free and sponsored by the Elizabeth Taber Library and the Joseph H. Plumb Memorial Library.
