Dance educator Kay Alden is ready to show children how to move and stretch safely at the Mattapoisett Free Public Library on Friday, July 8th from 10:30 to 11:30 am.

Learn all the moves you need to protect you from injury before working-out or riding your bike. Learn how to glide, slide and ease into movement, whether it's sports, exercise or dance.

Suitable for children ages 4 - 10, this workshop requires parents to sign up their children at the library or by calling 508-758-4171.

The library is located at 7 Barstow Street.
