Ghosts, goblins and good times came to town for this year's annual parade and costume contest as hundreds of trick-or-treaters took to the streets.
For over 50 years, the parade has started at the Mattapoisett Clipper barber shop on Church Street, made its way down Water Street, and traveled up Barstow Street to Center School for the costume judging.
Categories for the costumes included grades preschool through high school, adult, and scariest.
