ROCHESTER — On July 23 at 1 p.m. author Jonathan Hall and his cat Toto will visit Plumb Library to read, sign and sell his book “Toto the Tornado Kitten.”

Hall is a paramedic who rescued Toto after a tornado in Brimfield a few years ago. He now brings Toto to libraries around the state, and has raised $60,000 for local animal rescue groups through his sales.
