Heuberger wins town clerk seat in Mattapoisett election
Catherine Heuberger is Mattapoisett's new town clerk after securing 692 votes to fellow candidate Erika Suzan Osetkowski's 669 votes in the only contested race of the annual town election on Tuesday.
Heubgerger, who currently works in the treasurer/tax collector's office, said she was ready to take on the town clerk position after nine years at Town Hall.
