The Mattapoisett Historical Society will hold its annual open house on Thursday, June 26 at 5 p.m.

This summer, the Mattapoisett Historical Society will commend the work of “Mattapoisett’s Finest: Fire and Police” in a special summer exhibit featuring the history and community contributions of these two departments. The exhibit look celebrates the men and women of these two departments and the work they have done for the town over the past 157 years.

The society is located at 5 Church Street. Refreshments will be served at the open house.
