MATTAPOISETT — The Friends of the Mattapoisett Council on Aging will host a luncheon on Sept. 9. 

There will be burgers, hot dogs, french fries, ice cream, punch and coffee. The friends ask that attendees bring a donation of canned goods or school supplies.
