Industrial Tower and Wireless is a step closer to building a cell phone tower.

The Zoning Board of Appeals approved the tower, located near the end of Jane Lane, in January.

Now, with all the permits approved, the company has built a road to the site. Kevin Delaney, an engineer with the company, said the tower should go up before the winter.

AT&T already has a contract with Industrial Wireless.

“My guess is they’ll be going on before the end of the year,” said Delaney. “Other ones will probably follow suit shortly.”
