Mattapoisett Cub Scout Pack 53 will hold its first meeting of the year on Thursday, Sept. 22 at the Mattapoisett Congregational Church starting at 6:15 p.m.

Boys entering first through fifth grade are invited to join the pack. Each new scout will receive a rocket kit with the opportunity to launch them at a nearby scout camp.
