June M. (Gardner) Dugan, 88, of Fairhaven died Oct. 16 at New Bedford Health Care Center.

She was the wife of the late Edward J. Dugan.

Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Edward and Georgina (Goscombe) Gardner, she lived in Fairhaven for many years.

She was a communicant of St. Joseph’s Church, Fairhaven.

Mrs. Dugan was formerly employed as a tester for Aerovox Corp.

Survivors include two sons, James M. Dugan and his wife Karen of Wareham and Thomas S. Dugan and his wife Jean of Rochester; two daughters, Christine Dugan Mika and her husband Paul of East Greenwich, Rhode Island, and Maureen Dugan Wilcox and her husband Michael of Attleboro; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was the mother of the late Susan P. LeClair.

Her funeral will be held on Saturday, Oct. 24 at 8 a.m. from the Saunders-Dwyer Mattapoisett Home For Funerals, 50 County Road (Route 6), Mattapoisett, followed by her funeral Mass at St. Joseph’s Church, Fairhaven, at 9 a.m. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. Visiting hours will be on Friday, Oct. 23 from 4 to 8 p.m.
