MATTAPOISETT — Town Hall, the library, the Council on Aging and Transfer Station will be closed on Monday, Sept. 7 in observance of Labor Day.

Trash will not be picked up on Sept. 7 and the trash pickup schedule will be shifted by one day because of the holiday. 

Monday’s regular pickup will be on Tuesday, Tuesday’s pickup will shift to Wednesday, Wednesday’s pickup will move to Thursday, and Thursday’s pickup will be on Friday.
