Mattapoisett resident, certified health coach and registered nurse Kristen Boucher will lead a Clean Living Make and Take event at the Mattapoisett Library on Tuesday, July 26 from 10:30 a.m. to noon.

Learn to make 100 percent natural personal care and cleaning products without toxic chemical and for pennies on the dollar.

Participants at this workshop will be able to take their goodies home with them.

During this informative session, participants will learn about the toxic chemicals that are in many personal products, how they affect physical and mental health and the DIY ideas and recipes to remove them from daily use.
