To the named Respondent and all other interested persons, a petition has been filed by Timothy B Stone of Marion MA and Christina AF Stone of Plymouth MA in the above captioned matter, alleging that Christopher Hadley Stone is in need of a Guardian and requesting that Timothy B Stone of Marion MA, Christina AF Stone of Plymouth MA and Robert Gregg Stone III of Newton Center MA (or some other suitable person) be appointed as Guardian to serve With Corporate Surety on the bond.
