MARION — The Elizabeth Taber Library will celebrate New Year’s Eve a little early on Dec. 31, for children who might not be able to make it to midnight. Instead of counting down to midnight, the group will count down to noon, with a party from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Refreshments will be served. Sign up at the library to participate.
