MARION — The Marion Art Center is collaborating with Wareham-based pottery school Mudstone Studios.

With the partnership, Marion Art Center members will have access to ceramics classes at a discounted price. 

Classes are held at Mudstone Studios, 3065 Cranberry Highway.

“Beginner Wheel Throwing” begins Nov. 7 and runs to Dec. 16 from 1 to 4 p.m. The class meets for six Thursday sessions. No class will be held during Thanksgiving on Nov. 28.

Enrollment is limited to 10 students. The cost for Marion Art Center members if $315 and $350 for nonmembers. The registration price includes all materials and tools, including clay, and four visits to open studio time. Marion Art Center gift cards can be used for the program.
