The Marion Town Party will be held on Saturday, Aug. 27 (rain date is Sunday) on the grounds of the Marion Town House, 2 Spring St. Festivities begin at 4 p.m.

Proceeds will be distributed between the Marion Firefighters Association and Marion Recreation to benefit local community needs.

There will be free inflatable fun for the kids, a free rock climbing wall, music and dancing plus a huge bonfire. Food and beverages will be for sale.

Organizers are seeking corporate sponsors. There will be different levels of sponsorship as well as advertising space in the Town Party booklet.

Donations from the community are needed to help underwrite the event. Food, services, cash or any other in-kind donation are appreciated. All contributions are tax deductible.
