MARION — On Monday, June 9, Republican candidate for Massachusetts governor Brian Shortsleeve will be the special guest at the Marion Republican Town Committee meeting.

Shortsleeve attended Harvard University and later graduated from Harvard Business School. He recently founded the venture firm MSS Growth. Shortleeve’s campaign for governor focuses on fiscal conservatism and rolling back state mandates, and he is committed to “bringing common sense conservative leadership to Beacon Hill.”

The meeting starts at 7 p.m. at the Marion Music Hall, located at 164 Front Street. All are welcome to attend.
