MATTAPOISETT — The Lamb of God Christian Church of Mattapoisett will be holding four weeks of outdoor prayer events.

Individuals at the events “can stop by for a prayer of compassion, encouragement, peace, and comfort,” a news release said.

The prayer table will be open starting Aug. 31 from 12 to 2 p.m. in the parking lot at 24 County Road, Mattapoisett, next to Ying Dynasty restaurant.
