Mattapoisett Fire Department welcomes families for open house

The Mattapoisett Fire Department held its annual open house on Thursday night at the Fire Station. Kids got to crawl all over the department's fire trucks and practice putting out fires. Inside the fire station there were snacks, balloons and lessons on fire safety.
