Mattapoisett Library hosts workshop by health coach Johanna Voss

Making resolutions for change is one thing. Not that hard to do. Implementing change and staying on track is quite another. Join the discussion and learn some sure fire ways to keep your resolutions with Health and Life Coach Johanna Voss on Tuesday, January 10 at the Mattapoisett Free Public Library. The public is welcome to this free program which begins at 7 p.m.
If you are struggling to figure out how on earth you will actually do what you thought you would do, come figure out what steps you need to take. Johanna Voss will help guide you in separating your resolutions down into simple, achievable steps for your health and happiness. She's got lots of experience on dividing goals down into manageable, bite-size pieces (some edible, others not.)
As a Holistic Health Coach, Ms. Voss works with clients on helping them to reduce stress, eat healthier, find balance.
