MATTAPOISETT — The Mattapoisett Museum and Southcoast Lessons will host its third open mic night on Sept. 17 at 6 p.m.

The event, held at the museum, welcomes all ages and genres. Participants are invited to sing songs, play tunes, crack jokes and tell stories.

Additionally, The Friendly Fizz will be set up on the museum lawn with Italian sodas and cookies for sale.
