MATTAPOISETT — The transfer station at 60 Tinkham Hill Road will have a new schedule for the winter and holiday season.

The winter schedule will start on the week of Jan. 6. The station will be open from Thursday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.

It will be closed from Sunday to Wednesday.

For the holiday season, the station will close at noon on Dec. 24 and 31. It will be closed completely for Christmas and New Year’s Day.

The station will re-open on Dec. 26 and Jan. 2, and operate from 8 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.
