Help feathered friends eat well this winter. As part of the My Own Back Yard event, Plumb Library will host a bird feeder drop-in craft beginning Monday, Dec. 22 for kids ages 5 and up.

All of the materials will be supplied for kids to make egg carton bird feeders.

On Tuesday, Dec. 30 at 11 a.m., kids can make a fruit bird feeder out of an orange. All materials will be supplied for that event as well, but pre-registration is requested.

Registration can be done by calling the library at 508-763-8600 or filling out the registration form on the library's events calendar on the Plumb Library webpage.

Additionally, there will be a snow day flash mob with wintery events on the library lawn and hot chocolate. Sign up to be contacted about the event.
